The Flock’s Blazers Ticket Giveaway – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

1. ELIGIBILITY:
The Flock’s Blazers Ticket Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of Oregon who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, owners, officers, and directors of The Flock, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or household members are not eligible to enter or win.

2. ENTRY PERIOD:
The Giveaway begins on February 2, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM PST on February 16, 2025 (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted outside of the Entry Period will not be considered.

3. HOW TO ENTER:

To enter, participants must:
 

1. Fill out the official entry form provided by The Flock. The form must be completed in full with accurate information.
    

2. Follow The Flock on Instagram (@flockpdx).
    

Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries or attempts to enter under multiple identities may result in disqualification. Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise in violation of these rules will be void.

Marketing Opt-In: By entering the Giveaway, participants have the option to receive marketing communications from The Flock. Participants may opt-in by checking the box on the entry form indicating that they would like to receive promotional emails from The Flock. If you opt-in, you agree to receive marketing emails, and you can unsubscribe at any time by following the unsubscribe link provided in those emails.

4. PRIZES:
Multiple winners will be selected, with each winner receiving two (2) tickets to the Portland Trail Blazers game on February 20, 2025, at Moda Center. The approximate retail value (ARV) of each prize is $100. Prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be substituted except at the sole discretion of The Flock.

5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION:
Winners will be selected in a series of random drawings conducted by The Flock throughout the Giveaway period, with all winners finalized by February 15, 2025. Winners will be notified via the contact information provided on their entry form. Each winner must respond within 24 hours to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within the given timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS:

• By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of The Flock, which are final and binding.
   

• The Flock reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these rules.
   

• The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes and any expenses not explicitly included in the prize.
   

• By entering, participants grant The Flock permission to use their name, likeness, and submitted information for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
   

7. LIABILITY RELEASE:
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless The Flock, its affiliates, employees, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance and use of the prize.

8. PRIVACY:
Personal information collected during this Giveaway will only be used for administering the contest and marketing purposes for participants who opt-in to receive communications. Participants can opt-out of marketing emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in the emails. Personal information will not be sold to third parties.

9. GOVERNING LAW:
This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
